Large Diameter Pipeline Installation
Maktek executes installation of pipeline systems ranging from 100 mm to 2000 mm in diameter, covering materials such as MS, BWSC, HDPE, DI, CI, and GI. Our scope includes trench excavation, alignment, jointing and welding, lowering, backfilling, and commissioning support. The availability of certified 6G position welders and experienced pipe fitters ensures high-quality welding standards and long-term performance of critical water transmission infrastructure.
Metro Water & TWAD Board Projects
We have delivered water transmission and distribution projects for Metro Water authorities and TWAD Board, including dam-to-urban and rural water transfer systems. Our execution includes main transmission lines, distribution networks, and associated infrastructure works, ensuring reliable water supply across densely populated and remote areas.
Engineering Coordination & Design SupportHouse Service Connections (HSC) & Meter Installation
Maktek has installed more than 3000+ House Service Connections (HSC), including service pipeline integration and meter fixing. These works are carried out with careful coordination to ensure accurate alignment, proper connection integrity, and seamless integration into existing distribution systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is maintained through structured testing procedures including UV testing, X-ray weld inspection, air pressure testing, and other relevant checks to ensure pipeline integrity, joint reliability, and compliance with project specifications.
Waterproofing Works
In addition to pipeline installation, Maktek undertakes waterproofing works for sump tanks and dam-related water containment structures. These works are executed to ensure durability, leakage prevention, and long-term structural performance of water infrastructure facilities.

Our infrastructure operations are supported by dedicated plant and machinery including a 230-class heavy excavator with hydraulic breaker, Hitachi 40 mini excavator with breaker, JCB backhoe loader with breaker, 23-tonne crane, DG full set, and site logistics vehicles such as Mahindra pickup. The availability of owned machinery enhances project control, scheduling reliability, and execution efficiency.
